Prices	All weekly prices quoted are for a 7 night break, from Saturday to Saturday. 3 night breaks are available at certain times throughout the year but must be discussed with owners to make arrangements. Our prices are fully inclusive of central heating, hot water, gas, electricity and linen.
Payment	A deposit of Ł50 is required at the time of booking. The balance to be paid 4 weeks before the date of arrival.
Cancellation	Should a guest wish to cancel a booking, notice should be given in writing. We will use our best endeavours to re-let the cottage and if successful a full refund of monies paid will be provided. However, guests are advised to take out cancellation insurance.
Guests responsibilities	The cottage is strictly non-smoking. Guests must undertake to leave the cottage and its furniture, fittings, equipment and utensils clean and tidy and will be responsible for any damage or breakages.
Arrival and Departure	The period of hire commences at 2.00 pm on the day of arrival and ends at 10.00 am on the day of departure. The cottage must be left in a clean and tidy condition, otherwise additional charges may be made.
